From the Master's Station in the East:
‘Nothing great was ever achieved
without enthusiasm.’
Ralph
Waldo Emerson
Brethren, it is
with great pleasure and excitement I welcome you back to our beloved Lodge.
I hope that the summer months have been enjoyable to you and your families
and that the upcoming fall brings more of the same.
I look to the
future with keen eyes as we venture into a new year of hard work, a full
Trestleboard and plenty of labor. But all these efforts are intertwined
with limitless opportunities for Brotherly bonds and fun times.
The start of
our 2007-08 year will commence with us re-obligating ourselves as Master
Masons. An event that has been taken place ever since I became a Brother
and will continue it in my year as Master. This is a wonderful way to
journey through our three Degrees and remind us of our duties to ourselves
and fellow Brothers. May Brotherly love prevail and every moral and social
virtue cement us.
